“At Kleoss Capital we strive to draw the best from our people. Which means we strive to create a culture of highly driven and motivated individuals that are constantly challenged by their work. However each person must fully understand that to succeed requires team effort and understanding each others’ strengths. A Private Equity team is a team sport. At Kleoss Capital we believe each member of the team is critical and without the full team moving in sync, we will not succeed.” — Co-Founders
